Tina Ketler

FNTP, HTMA-P

Tina’s journey into the health and nutrition world started when she was struggling to understand her own health issues in 2010. She was eating what she thought was a “healthy” diet at the time but had severe digestive issues, constipation, fatigue and felt uncomfortable in her own skin. She was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years later.

Her confusion about nutrition recommendations, not wanting to be on thyroid medication and further health issues persisting, Tina began to realize that the body is connected and that her thyroid and infertility issues were caused by something deeper.  Tina was so fascinated by all this, she became certified as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP).  Hr next step in her health journey was to find the functional testing, to support her nutritional knowledge. She finally discovered functional testing and was able to uncover some gut infections, nutrient deficiency and copper toxicity. All of this information combined enabled her to lower her thyroid medication and she found out she was pregnant!  Tina’s journey has been long and complex. But she now knows how her body works and what it needs to function optimally.

Today, Tina runs a thriving Functional Nutritional practice that helps moms reverse hypothyroid so they can reclaim their energy and feel themselves again.
